Ratsey & Lapthorn

Commissioned by Ratsey & Lapthorn, the world’s oldest sailmaker, established in 1792 in Cowes, UK, to create a signature collection of seven luxury bags. I led the full product development and production process in Italy, overseeing sourcing, supplier coordination, and final manufacturing.

Working with eight specialist suppliers, I curated all materials and components, ensuring each design met strict luxury quality standards. Each piece was individually developed as a bespoke product, produced in Italian ateliers with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and precision.
